very unbelievable BAD service !!!

Very bad service received at the KFC in 62, Garden Route Mall, Knysna Rd, George, 6529 .

On Saturday around 23/03/2019 ,14h30, I order wigs and an Allstar box. after waiting for more then 45min I got the order they drove about 15m from town to Thembalethu, only to find that my order was wrong! The lady that assisted me was very rude so I was in a rush to leave so I didnt check .

The order was papa instead of wigs and the chicken was so raw and oily as if they toke it out a deep freezer and put it in the old oil!!!!

I then had to drive back to town wasting my petrol and only to get to KFC and the lady standing there saying she was looking for me !

She didn't apologise for the inconvenience she cause instead she had a quarrel with my partner .

I really never got such bad service in my whole life its shocking .
