Very slow service at kfc

I’ve been to kfc southgate next to total garage, I have been experiencing bad service not once or twice. I have been there several times but their orders take an hour to be ready, busy or not, even worse a drive through it’s takes more than an hour for someone to get what they ordered. Always bad experience.
