VERY RUDE STAFF

I am writing to complain of the poor service I received from the KFC in Hammanskraal. I am most annoyed that my Mother and I had to wait almost 20min in the Drive Thru with just two (2) cars in front of us. When it was our turn to be assisted, the lady (Pakiso) taking my order, rudely stopped taking my order to attend to a personal matter. I could hear the conversation through the Drive Thru intercom (she was either talking on the phone or talking to a colleague). It was only after i screamed and asked her to pay attention to her customers.

After we waited for so long to place our order, we encountered such low standard of service by a rude and unprofessional staff who had shown no remorse of her ********* actions.

Please KFC in HAMMANSKRAAL equip your stuff with CUSTOMER SERVICE S****.
