Very rude and swearing

I went to the grobler street branch Saturday evening and used your drive thru around 9pm and was welcomed with a very rude behaviour,the staff there named Synthia sweared at me a minute I demanded she gives me the price for street wise papa for chips,i was told in front of other customers that iam full of **** and she will teach me a lesson that night as im too forward and I think im better than others,Abel(the shift supervisor )attended the scene and took my receipt and change and promised to phone me on the 15th but haven't got any feedback as yet,Daniel also promised to follow up on sunday and revert with feedback but im still waiting and its Wednesday.Im not sure if this is the recent standard and such behaviour is condoned..please do let us know so we can make this known about your brand
