Very rude and arrogant attitude from a KFC shift manager

We have been customers of KFC for many years, my wife is a vegetarian and she always orders a sweet chili wrap and we ask them to not put the fillet in the wrap but rather 2 x hashbrowns which we will pay extra for. On Monday 17 Sep 2018 we stopped at KFC Vaalmall in Vanderbijlpark for the same order which they made for us without any issue. Last night 20 Sep 2018 we stopped there again and placed the same order to which the lady at the till said the manager says they cannot make it, I requested to speak to the manager, he came to the window "Jabulani" and I explained to him we got this order on Monday night, with a very arrogant and rude attitude he said they cannot do it for us and it was only a special for Monday. I cancelled the whole order and went to KFC in Vanderbijlpark town centre where they made us this order without any problem. I am very disappointed to manner and attitude the manager had and just refused to serve us. At every KFC we have stopped before they always accommodated us with this order, it not that we want exchange the chicken fillet for two hashbrowns we still pay the complete wrap with the chicken fillet and the pay extra for the hashbrowns.
