Very rude
We placed an order which had ice cream on it and asked the lady to give us the ice cream while we wait for our food and she did not even reply and she left the floor and when she came back I told her that I spoke to her and she did not reply , then she told me that she has a lot of pressure and carried on with her business as if I was not there.
