Very poor services and rotten food

I order street wise 2 pap and the lady said the was gravy I told her to cancel the order but she insisted on that she can add a mash only to find out it was rotten with black slimy things and worse the meat had blood it was pink just raw, I went back to complain but bo one attempt to help me so i left the shop
