VERY Poor service - Unsatisfactory

The service at KFC Bloubergstrand (Cape Town) is PATHETIC!!!! Let me not start with the Drive-Thru because they close it very early, which leads to the restaurant being very packed inside…with very slow and poor service!!!

We always have to wait longer than usual because there’s no meat ready at the time, and they only cook it when we order. What’s more annoying is that the que is always long inside, especially the one were customers wait to collect their food. We also wait very long to be assisted by the ordering que, plus it never moves at all and people end up leaving.

This is very poor service from a well known Restaurant. The service here is very slow provided how many customers have been waiting inside or outside. I think change needs to be done because it will loose a lot of customers in the long run.
