Very poor service ever

We phoned kfc in Pretoria West to order food for delivery at about 16:30 todayand was told they can't help us because they are closing now and can't assist us because we are white but when my son passed there after work other people where helped at the drive thru that is actually not allowed during this lock down period... I'm not going to leave it hear if I don't get any results and also going to contact there head office if I need to
