Very poor service at weavely kfc

I went to KFC weavely they was a lady named Palesa who did not know how to operate the app so we can get the 6 piece deal no one knew what to do, also they called a gentleman called Lesego who was also not fimi**** with the app, the staff was not friendly no one paid us any mind. I was not happy with the attitude of the staff, the only helpful person was Meita at the till. Street wise 5 which they advised us to order online which we did but it was not on the app. They telling us its old advertising. It took us almost an hour. Just to solve this solution only when we resorted to calling Nthabiseng the restaurant manager with our own and airtime then only did they resort to helping us.
