Very poor service

On Friday 24 June 2022 I entered into KFC Lephalale , (next to cash build) and placed order for my construction team, as there was load shading scheduled for around15:30 , I waited for about 15min and decided to go n do groceries as I was waiting , when I came back after approximately for 35 to 40 min, I found many people inside the restaurant , every one demanding their order, on and they were saying chicken is finished but meanwhile each stuff member was walking out with a pack of streetwise Pap and client were turned back and told chicken is finished, I called the manager asked how they operate when order is placed as my assumption was that, my order was safe because I paid for it, the guy in the name of Glad came and introduced himself as the manager n told me that KFC is a fast food shop and if order.is not collected within ten minutes , they have a right to give it to the next customer coz the client normally complain s that its cold even after coming to collect their order s after too long,

I asked him to tel and show me where on the slip is that written and also feld disappointed about how I was treated, I m not happe Happy about how they treated me, my guys had to go hungry because by the time I went to collect my order, it was already load shading n we couldn't get food anywhere else,

Everyone around lephalale is warned not to rely on kfc because even when you have.paid and went around as ur waiting, there is no guarantee that you get your order.

There is no level of professionalism and the stuff doesn't even care about clients to extend that they tell clients who pays their salaries that chicken is finished and yet each one walks out with streetwise in front of the clients,

Such restaurant which doesn't invest in training clients must be named and shamed and they don't deserve our support..
