Very poor service

Placed an order on Urber eats KFC Walmer and after an hour and a half it was still not ready I personally went and it was still not ready. The manager I spoke to did not even explain the delay and was not helpful at all. Waited for more than 30min still order not ready decided to cancel and they packed it Pathetic service
