Very poor service

What a disgusting store, The Drive through KFC Northgate it takes cup with a poor service. Been at the door waiting for the store to open, but no one is assisting us. It's 08h05 now yet the store still not open and they have a notice board that they open at 07h00. What a very poor service. No one is updating us with regards to why they aren't open yet...
