Very poor service

Most of the times I experience problem with KFC Philip Nel in Pretoria and I always keep them to myself but today I felt that this is too much, I went there tonight on the 25th May 2019 at 21h30 to buy 10 zinger Winger. And as usual I waited patiently, to my surprise my order number was called after at 22h00 which I didn't hv a problem. When I got to the counter ready to collect my order I was told that I have to wait for 20 minutes because they are preparing the zi et wings now. Wat irritated me most is that they were not even apologetic about it. All they had to say to each other was "GA ba di kene" meaning they don't actually care, I then decided to ask for refund and still there was no apology, to them it was just normal.... That was sooo rude, I mean not even saying sorry, other people don't really take their jobs serious and I wil never forget their faces. I might not know the names but faces I will never forget
