Very poor service

Kfc Tzaneen,very dissapointing service.We stopped on the road through Tzaneen and ordered food at the drive thru.Out on the road we opened the packet and found the chips had NO spice on and also NO packets spice in the bag.Just potato fried plain.And futher my oreo crusher that I got was only half a cup.How can we pay for that and we were too far out of town already to go back.
