Very poor service

I usually travel a lot and often frequent KFCs around the country. I also usually order a streetwise 2 side breast and centre breast. Seems like KFC Hoedspruit has its own special rules of what pieces one is allowed to. I was informed by the salesperson Thato that I could not have the pieces I requested because it was too big. He stated that I should take the drumstick. I then asked to speak to the manager and requested from the Manager Percida and she stated the same in a very abrupt and rude tone. As someone who has patronised KFCs around the country hundreds of times, and never received such a response, this definitely makes the Hoedspruit KFC "special".
