Very Poor Service

In am a big fan of KFC's dunked wings and street wise pap. My husband went to buy super as we arrived home very late. When he arrived at the collection window,he was told to wait in the parking area as the beeper has gone off and they don't have chicken. My husband was not happy as Avonwood is a very dangerous area. When he asked them how long it will take,the staff got irritated and rude.They got into a dispute of the availability of the chicken but he still went along and waited. When he got home,we started eating as it was late already. I found a fly in the gravy of my streetwise pap. We have complained about the poor service before,even have videos of which the management knows of but still no one contacted us after our initial complaint. The regional manager was going to get back to us. The staff are verbally abusive and rude,especially over weekends. I almost felt like the fly was placed in the gravy out of spitefulness. Something must be done about these people because the reputation of KFC is going down.
