VERY POOR FOOD QUALITY

<p>Visited KFC Springfield Park (Durban) on 14/05/2017 and purchased the 9 piece bucket meal. I had to wait 10 minutes for the chicken to be preapred which I did not mind as I thought I will be receiving fresh and good tasting chicken. When I got home, my family and I did not enjoy our meal at all because the chicken tasted bitter and like it barely had any salt in it - it was awful. As a paying customer this poor quality of food is absolutely unacceptable and this is not the first time that this has happened at this branch. I have had enough of the poor food quality from this branch and I request a refund of my money.</p>
