Very poor customer service

I placed a order 251 at the store in Evander in the mall. The lady Jane who helped me was very friendly, but then the order arrives and i ask my son to get it at the counter. A lady zodwa then tells him dont do that and when i told her it is my son she started shouting at me infront of everyone. Then i asked for her name and first it was refused, she also does not wear a tag. So jane told her i am laying a complaint and she shouted I dont care!
