Very poor customer service and lack of product knowledge

I will absolutely never step a foot in KFC Rocklands ever again. What pathetic service from management and staff. I asked to pay with my Ucount card and they refused to do a part payment because it 'doesnt' work that way. Yet last week they processed my order. With no problem. The lady behind the counter had such a bad attitude in assisting me i couldn't believe my eyes. Where do they hire these people! I will contact Standard Bank to cancel my UCount card and you can be assured many will follow suit with staff members being ill informed. I am livid by the disgusting service i received from that store. I will never ever set foot there again. Pathetic and ill informed definitelty doesnt get my vote.
