Very poor customer service

Ordered online when I arrived I queued seeing a note on other teller saying cash only, I assumed those will use the card will go to other teller only to find out on the counter that both teller took cash only I ask why didn't put a sign all I get was an attitude and the lady keeps on saying there's the note I had to go and queue another 30 minutes on top on top of theirs at other shop for cashback since there was long queue on banks due to social grants.
