Very Poor Customer Service

I am so disappointed at Kfc Rock Cottage . I ordered online for delivery at 10h38 and my order never arrived until I went out of my way from work to enquire about my order, when I arrived at the store the manager ddnt even want to attend to me but instead he/she sent one of the employees to attend to me and that employee ddnt even care how this made me feel ,she just said she doesnt know anything ,all she knows is that they received the order but not at the drivers dashboard and when I asked why ddnt they call the driver to collect my order she just kept quiet and left me there and when I asked for a refund she said I should call customer care.Im greatly sad and disappointed at Kfc manager,drivers manager and the employee involved.
