very horrible service

<p>me and my colleague went into kfc randburg square to buy some food they then notified us that it would take 5 minutes and we waited for more than 15 minutes and they were not even awnsering us when we were asking how far our order was, i dont like people who are rude to people who they call their customers. and those frontline ladies couldnt even say sorry they just gave us the food no apology their service is nonsense and i expect an apology from them.</p> <p> </p>
