Very Dissapointed in service.

Hi. I visited KFC Ladybrand on the 19th of March. I orderd a fully loaded box meal and like always you recieve a machine cup of cooldrink. It was charged on the slip but I did not recieve it. The reply was that the machine was out of order when I enquired about it. The option that I was given was to upsize it at additional charges. I am very dissapointed in this kind of service! I always support the local take away shops but if this is the kind of service I recieve I am sorry to say I will not support KFC in the future.
