VERY DISSAPOINTED

I had a very bad experience with KFC yesterday. I went by the drive through at the Elarduspark Branch, got a family size bucket and some twisters etc, the order was R400 so it was not a cheap meal for my family. I specifically asked for at least half of the bucket to be drumsticks because that is all the children eat - I got the 15 piece bucket.

They assured me they put 8 x drumsticks in the bucket which I said was perfect. They loaded everything in the bag and brought it to the car as I had to wait in the parking lot, not at the drive thru. There they also listed everything in the bag, burgers, twister and the bucket, chips etc., which all sounded great. The bucket was in the bottom of the bag so I didn't check the actual pieces of chicken, but when I got home, there was ONE drumstick, and then the rest were small pieces of wings and about 4-5 of the back pieces that is mostly bone... why did I pay R200 for a bucket of chicken that was useless to me or my children? Why spend all the money if they can't give you what you pay for.... I didn't expect 15 x drumsticks, but only 1 after I was assured there were at least 8? This was a bad experience, and I wont be buying from KFC again any time soon - just not worth the trouble or the money if my kids anyway won't be able to eat what they wanted.
