Very disgusting

Hi goodday i just want to bring under your attention i bought a family feast 8 piece of R199 on evening of the 27th of November 2021 at kfc westridge so i discovered as i was chewing on a piece of chicken that iam actually chewing on a piece of feather so ja i made a discovery of two feathers in my piece of chicken really now my question to you niw is how do you clean your chicken i am so disgusted of my findings now took pictures of it now so ive got them if you would like to see
