Very disappointing service at KFC Zebediela Plaza, Moletlane.

The waiting time for our order is honestly unacceptable. We have been waiting for a very long time, even though there are not that many customers. There is no proper communication about the delay, and we are left standing around wondering when our food will be ready.

I understand that orders can sometimes take time, but customers should not have to wait this long without any explanation. Please improve the service and make sure customers are informed when there are delays.
