Very disappointing service and food

(KFC Emmarentia - Tana road) 05/06/2019 : I went to the drive-thru and was told to come inside. Once inside I stood there with no one attending to me for over 15 minutes, they did not even acknowledge the fact that I was standing there waiting to be served - the shop was empty with one other customer. I figured they were having issues with their system but no one bothered to let me know, they simply looked at me over and over and carried on walking around. Eventually they asked me if I had ordered when they knew that I hadn't because they saw me come in and had ignored me since then, when I got my order the chips were COLD and mushy as if they had been sitting out for a long time before....I am profusely disappointed as this is a KFC I would frequent since it is on my way home....very disgusted with the service and food.
