VERY DISAPPOINTING CUSTOMER

On our way back from doing our Xmas shopping I told my fiance to stop for some take away's ( cause it was already late & I was in no mood to still go make something to eat after the hectic times at the shops) I suggested we go to the new KFC that opened in Voortrekker Road , Bellville thinking that I can also use MY STANDARD BANK UCOUNT points to pay for our meals. After placing our order and wanting to pay, I produced my Standard Bank UCOUNT card and too my DISAPPOINTMENT the lady serving us did not know how this works. She called her Manager( I assume, a guy) which let us stand 10 minutes in the queue, to only come back and say that they have not been trained as to how this card works. I just feel that this is very UNPROFESSIONAL and DISAPPOINTING. My fiance ended up paying for the meal cause I had no other cash with me & was planning on paying for our meals with my Standard bank UCOUNT card. And to top it all when we got home to eat our meals was not up to standard. My Chilli Twister was all broken up in the packaging & my fiance's burgers( crunch burger) tasted like \rubber". I ordered a large chips with that"
