very disappointing

arrived to kfc westville drive thru...ordered 3 items..all in one dunked wings and my son wanted the remix as you get earphones...when our items arrived everything was there except for ear phones...she gives me a small coke and says thats the replacement for the earphones...i was not happy and she then said they must change the board outside...plus the chips must have been this mornings..disgusting..
