Very disappointed. What am I paying for. If am going to be treated like am begging for food that i paid

So disappointed at KFC Rosemead staff and manager. Not only do they lie but they ***** from the customer. I drove in at 1am to other 2x 8 zinger wing and large chips plusa bottle off water. To my surprise I only got 6 wings in both parks. I drove back to ask if their okfc sell 6 wings and if so why am I charged for 8 wings the manager came his name is Amandla (that is what he told me as he was not wearing his name tag even the cashier )too my wing and add the 4 missing wings when I ask what happened he told me the Nomfundo the lady who packed my wings mistaken 1 big wing as 2. But on 2 packs how come. He walked away. This not the first time am get ****** like this and being treated like ........ coz when I ask what happened they just lol and say is just 2 wings. So the speak in xhosa thinking I can't hear them "did he have to drive back for 2 wings" I paid for those wings they were not given for free. I didn't get value for my money or too treated like I was there to beg for food. This is total *******
