Very disappointed in service

I'm very disappointed in KFC 3 (magalies hills center) brits. Everytime we get there it's so understaffed and they always have some sort of a issue. I only wanted to order a bucket for one and there was 4 people waiting in line who had yet to place their order. No one working in front. When someone came from the back and I asked what's going on she said that they were working on a big order they received and it might take a while, when i asked how long she said 10-20 min and left without even trying to help the people in line. It's unacceptable really you should make sure to have enough staff because you are loosing business due to this
