Very disappointed in KFC's misleading marketing

I’m really disappointed with KFC’s promotion today. The advertised special was supposed to start at 14:00 on 27 November, yet at 13:55 the app already told me I’d missed the sale price. This is misleading and frustrating — customers should be able to trust that advertised times are honored. If promotions are going to run, they need to be accurate and fair, otherwise it damages confidence in the brand.
