Very disappointed in kfc

KFC in Bluedowns order number is 111201 . We did the order today cause it’s raining I decided to order dinner .order was delivered sealed but incomplete .we called the store no answer we called 5 times .we then called cmr care line in deliveries we spoke with skhumbuzo who kept on repeating the same thing that he will raise a case for us . We told him we don’t want a case to be raised cause this was not the first time we encountered this with this kfc and case was raised and we never even got a refund . When we asked for manager he said he is working from home and when we insisted he place us on hold for a good 40 minutes hoping airtime will end .then he came back and said he will transfer us to manager and he dropped . We called again then luckily or unluckily it went through to him as soon as he heard my voice he dropped . Call reference given by his colleague when we tried again is *** . Which she said the call is for skhumbuzo to handle he will call us . We have not received any call or anything about the refund . It’s raining in Cape Town and my kids only had one burger and chips to share cause kfc in Bluedowns decided to make that mistake of only packing 1 burger and not answer their call
