VERY disappointed in KFC

Very disappointed in KFC Pelican Park, Cape Town, South Africa. Went through the drive through and like ALWAYS, I ordered a streetwise 3, 2 x thighs and 1 x wing. Wherever I go I never have a problem, but today at KFC Pelican Park, the person (Mandipha) told me I can nkt have that and can have one dry piece and then the other 2 pieces. As a customer whom is paying, why cant I get what I pay for? And thats the 1st time ever someone is telling me that. Im very disappointed. I dont like McDonald's, but Ieft to get a burger there rather....
