Very disappointed customer

I am very disappointed with the service I got at KFC Kroonstad I was double charged for the things I bought yesterday when I went back so that the mater can be resolved the cashier told me it will be reversed if not I must come with a bank statement to prove that I was double charged but I showed her an sms. And still no refund
