Very disappointed and angry the kfc castle gate staff

Went to kfc castle gate last week Sunday and I bought food then I forgot my wallet with almost R2000 on the counter only to be found by another customer empty I asked them to please rewind their cameras but cameras were not showing on the counter since then I have been waiting for IT specialist and has been done no one has contacted me
