Very disappointed

I bought a meal at KFC in Adderly Street. I could not sit down due to renovations and then came to KFC ( Golden Acre). I stood on the quiee like everyone then when it was my turn to have my meal I was not allowed entrance. Ms Malloy Williams who is the manager for the store was standing at the gate and tried to explain my situation. She shouted at me even though I was so calm. I have never been so humiliated and told her I did not know. She is very rude and even said she does not mind a complaint being logged. She failed one thing as management to put herself in the shoes of a customer. She never even apologise for the act and on my side I kept on saying I did not know.
