Very disappointed

It's terrible and disappointing that staff don't take their jobs seriously and treat consumers with such arrogance and disrespect.

We got to KFC Parktown on Empire Road at 07:56 when it's supposed to open at 07h00 and they told us they are short staff and the person who works at the till had not arrived yet and I asked if that person doesn't show up for work it means the store wouldn't open. You'll be shocked with the answer I got from the manager.

People we waiting outside but there was no assistance and the staff was not even bothered
