Very disappointed

Below was my message to the company. I received an sms to phone them with more details for my order, phoned back at 12h47 of which they rep**** the promotion has ended and the adverti*****t does not reflect on the website anymore.

I bought what was advertised and did not receive it. According to the company I am in the wrong.

Good day I'm very disappointed in my order. I viewed my selection online and sent my husband and son to buy just to get half the order, This is not good customer service and an alternative was not offered.
