very condescending and unprofessional treatmeant

<p>i just called in to find out if i can order and come and collect or if they do deliver, the nerve of this lady called Rachel who picked up the phone </p> <p> </p> <p>utterly rude and condescending she even cut the phone on my ear without assisting me all she said was she is too busy for this i must come myself ...what do we call customer service</p>
