Very burnt bitter chicken

I went to buy a kfc bucket for one at grahamstown pepper grove mall kfc, and I specifically asked for a drumstick from the cashier. I checked my bucket and realised the piece of chicken was not a drum . I took back the order and the lady who was handing out orders at 20:00 on Tuesday 19 October 2021 replaced my meat and gave me a burnt piece of drumstick. It was so bitter and salty. Foul play
