Very bad services kfc medunsa and unprofessional stuff and call centre

Am deeply hurt and I disbelief of kfc medunsa I ordered my lunch at 11H20 it's now 13H47 I still haven't received my order which was supposeto be my lunch at 12H00 , how the hell do you explain such nonsense.now they refunded me ,What about my lunch? They waisted my lunch time for ****...the call centre people are very unprofessional and they don't have empathy and customer ethics.From the time I ordered till now what were they thinking, am so mad ,****ed and HUNGRY
