Very bad service want my refund

I ordered via the kfc app and then where I was there was no good network the delivery guy tried to call me and could not get hold of me when I called later on calling kfc customer care about my undelivered order they said on the system it was delivered I said no I ddnt get any delivery they say did you give the driver a code I said no as I never spoke with the driver I even asked them is the call not recorded as I did not get any call I had to be taken up and down to call Uber as the driver ìs of Uber eats then they tell Mr I must call kfc as I ordered with their app the funny thing is that the pin is usually my last four numbers making it very easy for the driver to take my food I am really passed and still want my money back it's been 3 months now that I get a respond from them telling me I must complain with the delivery guy that I never met by the name of Kutama I believe they don't care how I wate more money by the calls and emails I just want my money back and them to call me insrmtead of sending g me emails *** is the number I ordered with
