Very Bad Service from KFC Delivery

Am so disappointed with the service I got from KFC Delivery. My order was accepted and prepared by the Springs gate branch. Stupid delivery team did not even bother to collect my order. I had to call the branch to find out what is happening. Was told delivery team has not collected my order.

Never ever gonna use KFC again.😠😠 No communication was sent to me I had to call to find out. Sies

Don't accept order if you can't fulfill them.
