Very Bad service from 29 BONGA at KFC (& Drive Thru) - Liberty Promenade

Yesterday we went to KFC (& Drive Thru) - Liberty Promenade via the drive through to purchase a meal, lady called Bonga advised us that there is no electricity and we should go inside to do the purchase. When we went to the door it was locked and they chased us away but it was one of their staff member on the drive thru window who told us to go inside for purchase. We then had to walk back to the drive thru window where Bonga was to tell her that we are being chased away from the door to get inside, Bonga was extremely instead of helping us, she shouted at us while helping other customers where she told us she cannot serve us on the drive tru. She eventually took our order while she was shouting us and that was a very bad customer service as she did not even listen to our order correct where we specified chicken selection which she ignore and did not capture on the order. The till slip infor is TRAN# *** Doc# IN0714T***4 and cashier is 29 BONGA and our order number was 582 after a long struggle to get assistance with the order
