Very bad service

Good day I just had a bad experience with the local two branches of KFC in Bethlehem. Their service is up nuggets. The person that takes orders walks from vehicle to vehicle and at at every vehicle he chats for minutes on end. It seems like he knew everybody and the conversation carried on and on. By the time the person comes to my vehicle for order he told the machine that's making the crush that I want is out of order. At the other branch they refused me entrance because my grandson of two years didn't have a mask on. I'm not black. They suck. I will never buy from them again.
