Very Bad Service becoming a habit at this branch!!

I am a regular customer of KFC Northmead Benoni. I stop there almost every single morning to buy Coffee from them. And I can not remember when was the last time that there was no issue/problem. Every single day/morning that i stop there, there is ALWAYS something wrong. Whether it is the Drive Thru that is not open 90% of the time, or the staff that are just so very ***********, ALWAYS getting orders wrong. And it is just really starting to become very bad. What is the use of having a Drive Thru, when most of the time they just close the windows and tell you to go inside. If this happens once in a while it is still understandable, but for it to happen almost every single day is just not acceptable. And I know there is A LOT of people not happy with the service from KFC Northmead, but when you get there and ask where u can contact or get hold of management, they dont give you an answer. Where is the Management of this Franchise? How do we contact them, and why are there NEVER anyone to give answers?? Does the management of this franchise even know or care at all about the bad service they offer? Why not do something about it? I see on here I am not the first to complain bout them...
