Very bad service at KFC boitumelo mall

The staff is giving a very poor service at KFC boitumelo mall in welkom , we went through drive through and they have ask us to park at the parking, we waited 40minutes with no help and they gave us a wrong order and waited for another 10 minutes our order was short and they told us we have to wait another 10 minutes, finally they have gave our order without servittes, it is on Sunday 22 at around 2:30pm
