Very bad service and food at KFC BLUE VALLEY

I am very disgusted with the absolutely **** service i have received from KFC blue valley mall!!! I have been there on several occasions to buy food and had problems with my order!!! The 1st time i ordered food and asked to swop for the masalha crunch but was told " we only cooked 9 pieces and we dint have what you want" after having a huge argument with the rude manager i was then informed that they have the pieces i asked for. The 2nd time i went back to order the "all star lunch box" and again i asked for mashala crunch and was told we don't have mashala crunch pieces available. The staff and the management told me and other customers that they only have that and we can take it or leave it!!! Myself and 2 other customers went to Rasllow Kfc where we received what we wanted with propper services with a smile. Although i stay 600m away from Blue Valley KFC i will never go back to them!!!! I will rather warn every person about the bad services and poor quality of food and go some other place!!!
